Every now and then life catches up with you when you’re on the road full-time. Whether you’re a seasoned Grey Nomad or a brand new #Vanlifer, mundane life essentials need to be taken care of.

Don’t wrestle with gridlocked traffic in a capital city. You can cruise around town in ten minutes with two undercover car parks to keep your kit (and fur babies) out of the sun and if you’ve gone through two sets of traffic lights you’ve gone the wrong way!

All the major supermarkets and several independent supermarkets are here. The Farm Fresh Market stock an array of local fruit, veggies, and other products with a takeaway cafe. Murray Bridge Marketplace and Murray Bridge Green have extensive undercover parking and large retail chains. BCF and Supercheap Auto just happen to be next door to Bunnings.

There are several hairdressers, Specsavers (get your glasses sent to your next destination, they accept Parcel lockers) and other optometrists, and the Murray Bridge Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital for emergencies and outpatient appointments.

There are several car dealerships and mechanics for your annual servicing or any emergency repairs. You can also get your vehicle detailed with several detailers offering extensive interior detailing to remove all the grime from those out of the way adventures.

For anything super-specific that does require a trip to the ‘big smoke’, Adelaide is straight up the South Eastern Freeway.
